The flue gas produced in the biochar production process is then sprayed, cooled, purified and other processes, so that the generated flammable gas is burned twice. Cycle in this way, using the heat generated by the self to burn the self, to achieve the effect of energy saving. Moreover, after the flue gas in this process is purified in the pipeline, there is no flue gas in the production environment.

The heat which is lost to the air can be captured and harnessed to create electricity. That electricity can go right back into your operation to reduce operating costs, or put to use in other ways. By capturing this otherwise vented heat, biochar producers can get more value from their existing biochar process and feedstock.
